After a decade in the consumer electronics space, vetting products for performance, design, and user experience, Julian became frustrated with the lack of reliable, sophisticated advice for discerning pet owners. He saw a gap between the people creating high-end home technology and the people who desperately needed it for their animal family members. This led to the creation of Kinetic Pet, a place to apply a professional's eye to a pet lover's problems. When not testing the latest GPS collar or calibrating a new automated feeder, Julian spends his time trying to keep his two mischievous rescue cats from outsmarting the very technology he reviews.
